I believe I've finally figured out why the children in 3rd world cultures are so seemingly mild mannered and never appear to get into too much mischief (beyond the obvious, which is merely survival). Who could stir up trouble when you are tied like a monkey to your mom!
Over the past few days, our little darlin' has been out of sorts and a little charged up, to say the least. During one of his spazoid episodes, I just happened to pull him up into my lap and hold him sort of like a pretzel. To this, he smiled and said "Now, I am happy". Bingo! He needed a little mommy time and I knew just how to give it to him. We dug out the old wrap given to me by a dear friend while I was in India (thanks Mawte) and hooked him right up.
Problem solved. Who knew?
(Is this why a straight jacket is so effective for adults??)

That's precious!
Isabella will scream with delight when she sees me pack the baby wrap or get it out...she gets really excited and claps her hands and giggles!
Ashley loved to use it when she was small he would wrap her up and still have his hands free. It would just melt my heart to see him with her all snuggled up on his chest.
Spazoid!! Love that description...we have that at the Dobbins house a lot, even with the six year old!! Did you remember that my Stephen just turned 2?? Where does the time go?!
